Recruitment & Selection Process

We treat our candidates with the utmost respect, and endeavour to make our internal processes as quick and as fair as possible to recruit high quality individuals with appropriate knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes.

We acknowledge receipt of an application within 7 days indicating whether it is to be followed up. If the application is of interest, the candidate is advised about the recruitment process, the final selection criteria and the timescales.

For most positions, we conduct an assessment centre for which candidates are given time to prepare. Successful and unsuccessful candidates are notified within 5 days of the decision.
